Our Rajagiri Little Kingdom celebrated “Yoga Day” under the theme “Yoga for Society and Self” with a morning full of movement and mindfulness. The day began with a Yoga session, explaining what yoga is and its benefits for our bodies and minds. Our little ones came in white attire resembling peace and purity.

They giggled as they stretched their arms and legs, imitating animals and other enjoyable poses. To make it even more engaging, the children practiced their breathing exercises. They not only learned some new poses but also experienced the calming effects of yoga.
